Biden: Putin may be self-isolating, removing advisors

Washington (Times Of Ocean)- The U.S. president Joe Biden said on Thursday that Russian President Vladimir Putin appears to be self-isolating in Russia and may have fired or put under house arrest some of his advisers.

“He seems to be self-isolated and there are indications that he has fired or put under house arrest some of his advisers,” Biden said without providing evidence. “But at this point, I don’t want to place too much weight on that.”
